Refund policy

Returns

  • Our products are freshly stone-ground and made to order, hence returns are not accepted.
  • Replacement or refund is applicable only in case of wrong, damaged, or genuine quality issues, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Physical return pickup is available only in Mumbai.
  • For locations outside Mumbai, refunds (if approved} may be processed after verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • Once grinding or dispatch has started. cancellation is not allowed.
  • Customized and made-to-order atta products are non-cancellable.
